OK...so apparently no one read yesterday's post because NO ONE told me I misspelled Accountability...ugh...so embarassing.
W/O = P90X Legs & Back and Ab Ripper X
Food =
B/F: 1/2 cup dry Kashi Go Lean, cup of coffee with Skinny Caramel Macchiato creamer (yummy!)
Lunch: 1 cup black bean soup & small Greek salad with 1/2 tbsp vinaigrette dressing, large iced tea with 4 Raw Sugars
Dinner: Roasted veggies, refried beans and mexican rice
Snacks: about 20 tortilla chips, salsa, handful of almonds, two bites of tasteless apple, two slices of dehydrated banana slices
NO cookie dough! Yay Nickie!
