Tonight I did the Shoulders and Arms workout and the Ab Ripper X workout from P90X. I have always been obsessed with having awesome shoulders and biceps. I'm not sure why, but I've always wanted strong, visible muscles in my shoulders and arms. I used to have them, but then my married unraveled, I went to work full time, and I stopped making working out and taking care of myself a priority. Hopefully with my new "take-my-life-back" attitude, that will all change again!
